来自中国、英国、荷兰、日本、奥地利、土耳其等国家与地区的29位艺术家，以金、木、水、火、土为基本媒介，通过对物质和视觉文化的思考、认知，以及在创作观念、媒介材料和语言方式不断迭代的抽象化过程，具有规定性、象征性地构成和呈现了他们在物质束缚与被束缚之间关系上的能量转化。同时，根据展览主题衍生出了“羁绊、扭曲、作茧、囹圄、桎梏”五个关键词单元，衔接了与“束缚”相关的“词与物”之间的张力关系。展览开幕期间，还将发起以创作者为主体的公开对话项目——在场·直面·触碰。将邀请景德镇在地艺术家与参展艺术家围绕“材料、观念与地方性”等议题进行交流。我们希望借此契机，汇聚景德镇本地艺术家的思考与感受，并与来自不同地域的艺术实践展开面对面平等、坦诚的对话。29 artists from China, the UK, the Netherlands, Japan, Austria, Turkey and other countries and regions use gold, wood, water, fire and earth as basic media to reflect on and cognize material and visual culture, and through the iterative abstract process of creative concepts, media materials and language methods, they regulatively and symbolically constitute and present the energy transformation between material bondage and being bound. At the same time, based on the exhibition theme, five keyword units of “fetters, distortion, cocooning, imprisonment, shackles” are derived, connecting the tension between “words and things” related to “bondage”. During the opening of the exhibition, an open dialogue project with creators as the main body – Presence·Confrontation·Touch will be launched. Local artists in Jingdezhen and participating artists will be invited to exchange ideas on topics such as “materials, concepts and locality”. We hope to take this opportunity to gather the thoughts and feelings of local artists in Jingdezhen and conduct face-to-face, equal and frank dialogues with artistic practices from different regions.
